School–enterprise partnership

Schools and training providers pay an annual fee based on student count. Institutions create classes and publish timetables on the web; bound students get the class timetable and Star Member.

One institution ID brings the class timetable and Star Member together

Institutions manage teaching classes and timetables on the web; students join with the institution ID and class binding code. While bound, students get Star Member at no extra charge.

  • Institution ID and class binding code
  • Create classes on the web, then enter and publish timetables
  • Students get the class timetable automatically once they bind
  • Bound students get Star Member by default
  • Deleting a class or unbinding frees the quota immediately

Plans and annual fees

Every tier includes the full teaching and management console; tiers differ in capacity, email quota and SMS signature. Seats are reusable and access lasts one year after payment.

How to get started

1. Set up your institution

Pay online or contact sales to activate. The admin account then sees the institution ID and plan details under Organization management on the web.

2. Create a class and publish

Create a teaching class to get a binding code, then enter or import the timetable, preview it, and publish. One class can have several timetables.

3. Students bind

Students enter the institution ID and binding code under Profile › Account binding › School–enterprise binding in the app. The timetable appears automatically and Star Member starts immediately.

FAQ

What if a student is already a Star Member?
Personal lifetime membership is unaffected; individual benefits stay after the institution binding ends.
How is the quota counted?
It counts distinct students with an active binding in the institution; multiple devices or timetables count as one. Unbinding or deleting a class frees the slot immediately.
Does the institution timetable overwrite a student's own timetable?
No. It is added as a separate timetable and doesn't change the timetable the student is viewing. When you adjust it, only the changed courses update, and student notes are kept.
Does an expiring plan delete student data?
No. Expiry only pauses new bindings, new publishing, and institution membership; existing bindings stay and resume after renewal.
