🚀 Getting started

Sign up and sign in

How to sign up, sign in, recover your account, and choose a sign-in method.

Updated September 17, 2026

StarSchedule supports signing up and signing in with a phone number or email. Both use the same account, and you can bind or change them at any time under "Me → Account".

  1. 1

Enter your phone number or email

Open the app and enter your phone number or email address on the sign-in page.

The sign-in page supports phone numbers and email
  2. 2

Get and enter the verification code

Tap "Get code" and enter the code you receive. The code expires after a while; request a new one if it does.

    The code is 6 digits
  3. 3

    Set a password (optional)

The first time you sign in, we'll guide you through setting a password so you can sign in directly next time. You can also change it under "Me → Account".

You can use the app without signing in

You can create and import timetables locally without signing in, but cloud sync, study buddies, and class reminders all require an account.

What if I don't receive the verification code?
First check that your phone number or email is correct, and look in your spam folder or blocked messages. Wait a minute and request a new code. If it keeps failing, contact support.
Can I sign in with both my phone number and email?
Yes. Bind an email under "Me → Account" and both methods sign in to the same account.
