Cloud sync and switching phones
What gets synced, how to resolve conflicts across devices, and how to restore after changing phones.
Updated September 17, 2026
Cloud sync keeps your timetable, notes, and logs consistent across devices. It's off by default, so turn it on yourself.
Turning it on and choosing a scope
- 1
Open sync settings
Open "Me → Sync settings".
Turn each type of content on or off separately - 2
Check the content you want to sync
Timetables and buddies, class notes, and daily logs can each be turned on or off separately. Campus info is a Star Member benefit and is controlled on its own.
What gets synced
| Content | Synced by default | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Timetables and buddies | No, turn on manually | Timetables, courses, section schemes, buddy relationships |
| Class notes | No, turn on manually | Class notes and attachments |
| Daily logs | No, turn on manually | Daily logs and attachments |
| Campus info | No, a Star Member benefit | Profile, academic years, grades |
| Device notification state | Not synced | Notification permission and push switches belong to the device |
Conflicts across devices
When two devices both change the same data and upload it one after the other, the app flags a conflict. You can keep the local version, keep the cloud version, or merge both sets of changes.
Switching phones and migrating data
- 1
Confirm sync is done on the old phone
Check that the sync switch is on and that the most recent sync succeeded.
- 2
Sign in to the same account on the new phone
Sign in with the same phone number or email.
- 3
Restore from the cloud
Open sync settings and choose "Restore from cloud". Your timetables and notes download to the new device.
Restore data from the cloud after signing in on a new device
Sync before uninstalling
Unsynced data lives only on this device, and uninstalling the app deletes it too. Before uninstalling or changing devices, make sure syncing succeeded.
