Academic systems vary a lot between schools, so we offer several import methods. Pick from the table below and it usually works the first time.
| Import method | Best for | Academic account required |
|---|---|---|
| School academic system import | Your school is on the supported list, or uses common systems like Zhengfang, Qiangzhi, or Chaoxing | Yes, but you only sign in in the web page |
| URL import | You can open your timetable page but aren't sure which system it is | Yes, you sign in in the app's built-in browser |
| Share code / QR code import | A classmate already imported it and you want to copy it directly | No |
| JSON file import | You exported JSON from another tool, or your teacher gave you a file | No |
| AI timetable recognition | The methods above all failed, or your timetable is an image or an unusual format | Depends |
Sign in before importing
Timetables you import while signed in sync to the cloud. Without signing in, they're saved only on this device and lost when you switch devices.
Try the academic system import first
It's the least work when your system is supported, and finishes in seconds.
If that fails, use URL import
Paste your timetable page's URL and let the app recognize it.
If everything fails, read the troubleshooting guide
"Troubleshooting import failures" lists the most common causes and fixes.
